We built our dream home here and it is a beautiful well-built home. From the beginning we worked with Becca and she was with us the whole step of the way from design to close. The builders Chris and Connor are absolutely the best in their field. And hats off to the design studio on helping us design the house from the inside out. If we had any questions or concerns they were always there to answer them. We also had weekly calls to let us know updates and next steps in the progress. This was very helpful since we were use to coming over every other weekend before the virus hit. We love our home, neighborhood and neighbors. If you are looking for a home in Manor then look nowhere else.

I had an amazing experience with Becca Hardy at Ashton Woods! It was my first home and she made it very simple. She explained everything from beginning to completion, and answered any questions with full detail. She connected me to the right people and made it an excellent first home buying experience. Definitely go in and ask for her! Awesome community and representative of Ashton Woods!
Buying a home is stressful. Building a home is even more stressful. Building a home while you are living 1350 miles away is scary. However, my experience with Ashton Woods was not scary at all! In fact, it was awesome. From my first visit to Lagos, to today (I've been in my home 6 months now), everything has been easy, low stress, and dare I say, even fun! I went to many model homes and neighborhoods before I settled on Lagos. It just seemed like the perfect fit for me. I came to Austin for a week to look around. I must have stopped by the Lagos model 6 or 7 times that week. I just kept coming back. Becca Hardy spent a lot of time with me explaining the options, floor plans, lots available, and so on. She took her time and never made me feel rushed like many of the sales people I dealt with at other builders. Once I made my selection, Becca was there to help me through the process. I had never bought a home \long distance\ before, so having her there to guide me was awesome! Once the house was under construction, Conner Maloney (building supervisor/manger) and Becca called me every week to give me an update. They would face-time me so that I could see the progress. It was very comforting to know that Becca and Conner were watching over everything. My house was ready AHEAD of schedule (who does that?). The financing and closing was easy using their recommended lender and title company. The whole process from start to finish could not have gone any better. I'm settled into my new home and happy as can be! I would recommend Ashton Woods to anyone, anytime.
Our overall experience with Becca at Ashton Woods was satisfactory. She walked my wife and I (first time home buyers) through the entire process and made the entire procedure painless. She was always there to answer our questions and made herself available to us at all times. We have felt welcomed to this community since the very start. We are happy to call this place our HOME :)
