I just purchased my first car and cannot express just how happy I am with the whole experience as a first time buyer. The sales consultant Cesar Vazquez made the whole process easy. Cesar was able to provide answers to each and every one of my questions. He was also very nice and patient which made everything less daunting. I was able to test drive my car before purchase, which was great. The car I decided to buy was a great choice for me. I am very happy with my purchase. I also got to meet Ryan Fisher, their Finance Director, and man, this place is full of cool and chill people. Ryan, just like Cesar, was super nice and helpful. Ryan explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. He worked above and beyond to get me a great deal. I am forever grateful to the both of them. If you are a first time buyer or just looking to upgrade, go to this location, they'll treat you right.

I was interested in a new Explorer and Riata Ford did a great job. Not only was the price both competitive and right for me their service was exceptional. Dee was so helpful. I purchased my vehicle from out of town (Houston). Everything was done over the phone or via email. I even had the truck delivered to my home. Buying a car site unseen can be a little nurve racking, but Dee kept me informed, assured, and processed my purchase seamlessly. The truck was even derived the next day. So let's just start from the moment I walked in the customer service was so awesome. Jeff went through all the ropes of making sure the Ford Fusion was the best for me. Then Tony went beyond expectations to make sure the finance and payment was were it needed to be and even made sure all avenues were taken careof. Then Ryan explained and also put the finishing touches on the deal. With the group effort ill give them 10s. So totally recommend anyone interested to buy a car from Riata Ford.
