Firestone Complete Auto Care provided exceptional service in evaluating my son's car following an accident. The car sustained significant damage, and I took it to them to evaluate the extent of repairs. They looked at it on Saturday and called that afternoon to let me know that the cost of repairs would exceed the value of the car. I went to pick up the car knowing that it would be sold for scrap. When I asked what I owed for their diagnostic work, they told me there was no charge and to remember them the next time I needed work done. I certainly will. They spent several hours looking at a car that would ultimately not result in a single repair for which they would be paid. I would have been happy to pay them for their time and the information but they wouldn't hear of it. The way they handled this situation has certainly made a return customer out of me. It is great to be treated so well. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

This is my normal place. Went in a couple days ago to get my tires pro-rated due to the tread splitting. The tech rotated and balanced my tires and said there was nothing wrong. Massive vibration after I left. I went to Refugio auto repair in Burleson and two of my tires had obviously started separating. Thank God I didn't have a front/rear blow out due to Firestone having incompetent employees. 178.61 and I'm back on the road with 2 almost beans new tires. Would have been over 250 here even with the pro-rated tires.

As long as you let them do whatever they want done they work. But if you ask for something forget it. First and last time I ever go here. When your spending hundreds of dollars some where and your safety is in there hands. Trust if they don't listen than I can't trust them. Take your chances. Will be sending a email to corporate.

Took my 2001 ranger for oil change.left whith oil on hood ,door .seats, steering wheel.oh well i guess i will start using some place else.
