I had what I thought was a very cracked iphone screen. They took the time, while I was there to remove the screen protector to see that it did exactly what it was supposed to do. They could have easily charged me and not let me know. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Whenever my screen is cracked or I need a battery, I'm going here!

I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this location for any & all your repair needs. I took my phone in with a small crack to the screen. The price was under fellow competitors & they gave me a discount for being with AT&T. When I arrived to pick up my phone the store manager informed me during the repair something happened to my home button and it no longer worked. I was a bit nervous because I have dealt with some pretty bad repair shops around the area. I figured they would either not accept fault or send of for a refurbished replacement. To my surprise that’s not what happened the owner wrote me a check for the full cost to replace my phone at the AT&T store. The owner & manager were super nice & apologized several times. I will NEVER take ANY of my devices anywhere else!! Thank you for making a bad situation right for the customer !!!!

I made an appointment online and when I made it to the store, I was promptly assisted. The tech explained what he was going to do and said he would call me when the repair was complete. I received a call within the hour and was able to pick up and pay without any issues. It was great service and a speedy repair.

My experience there was great ! It was my first there and I was greeted with a smile . Drop off my repair & was back less then 45 minutes to pick it up . Awesome service . I will definitely be back again and I will make sure I tell my friends to come here .
