Super fun. Concessions overly priced. Staff did not go over everything with us, then rude when we didn't know. Suggestion to turn up the announcement when jumpers time is up. When you have 20 kids, they are not listening to a monotone announcement. Could have made a birthday a little more special, we paid them about 400. In challenging area...some items need some protection.

Absolutely wonderful experience. No issues at all. Mae is a one-woman show and does an amazing job juggling it all while also going the extra mile. She seen that our toddler and another toddler were playing and getting restless trying to go down the stairs she started tickling them and playing with them. She remembers kids and families by name. She makes everyone feels so welcome. She even gives kids fruit snacks when they are getting restless as their parents are either checking in or filling out memberships etc. If you want to have a good time while not worrying I would definitely recommend a trip to Maple Grove Skyzone. P.s. they are hiring! Mae needs some good reliable help around there that can go above and beyond like she does.
Over all it’s nice being back in here. I’m just not happy with the option that we can’t bring our own water bottle to fill up at the water fountain. Literally literally have to buy beverage at there store. But I can tell they’re following protocol and most of the employees are reminding everyone to do 6 feet apart.
Kids had a blast and most parents and children observed current safety protocol. Good time.
Great place with a lot to do. Great amenities and well spaced out. My kids had a blast and I enjoyed it also.
