Very Nice Company asked for a Price on internatinonal shipping, the next Day i had a Price and the Day after the item was shipped. After 4 Working days i recieved my item, Bear in mind its from USA to Denmark. Item was just as described and in very good condition, Will buy again!
Called several places looking for a Dell T3500 power supply ... specific revision that has a pluggable socket for the machine's wiring harness. Left a message late and my call was returned the next day by someone who verified that the version they had was the correct one and knew what I was talking about (two places previously didn't understand... one I had to return the wrong revision supply for a refund). Package shipped using their free postage method and was received in two days. Excellent experience.
JC sold us a server so old, it didn't recognize partitions bigger than 2TB. Like, we're supposed to ask that the partitions ought be able to see more than 2TB. It's 2019 Man! Stated that we'd be running several VM servers and capacity was important to us but, that didn't stop him from sending us a really outdated server. We also didn't receive the drive trays with the initial order. Emailed JC and received no reponse. Had to call him as, he did not reply to emails after the purchase.
I have bought 7 different systems from them and have had nothing but great service. Everyone that I have have dealt with, has been very nice and accommodating.
