My word, this is some GOOD cheese.....and what a baragin. I am a born & raised WI cheesehead!! And proud to be!!! Amazing cheese and amazing prices at just 2.99 a pound....near half the price for same products at many of our other local cheese factories..... Have I mentioned cheese curds??? Oh my, soooo good, Legit CURDS... before they are pressed and cut like many other factories....but if want em you better get there early....as they only bag so many before they turn those curds into block cheese....also there are different varieties and you never know what curd is there till morning of.... GREAT CHEESE!!!
