Over 2 1/2 weeks that our trash in Burnet has not been picked up. Have called 4 different times with a promise that it will Lol be picked up the next day by noon. Called and the automated system says that our trash had been picked up with a time. Guess what, trash can was still full and I was home at the time they say the trash was picked up. Will make another phone call tomorrow and will speak to someone higher up!!

They what to save space in land fill ask you to recycle plastic, card broad, glass but the Marble Falls Texas spot only takes the city limit recyclables. Place they sent me to only taked card broad
Somehow, I do not feel this is the most dependable service.... trash can stolen, called my city the mext morning, was told that the provider (Republic Services) would bring a replacement can that day or the next, two days later I call and get told it will be here Monday, Monday I am told it will be here by Friday, so what about my trash being picked up on Tuesday, am told it would be picked up if at the curb in just bags or another can, I still have my garbage. Maybe the city would like a nice gift of my garbage on THEIR sidewalk tomorrow, bet it would be picked up.....
Worst service ever. Like many of my neighbors, we are experiencing heart ache and headache due to the Kingslandflood. However, I reserved a rolloff dumpster October 16, for October 22 delivery. Not only has a dumpster not showed up, but spent over two hours on the phone with the call centers . They were unable to even talk to a supervisor to see when it was going to be delivered. All they kept saying was it’s going to be delivered today. And then, they said it’s after hours and no more deliveries. They had no problem billing me immediately upon reservation for the full amount of the dumpster. And now they realize that with 1000 customers needing things, that it’s not really a big priority as they have a line of people waiting. They are an organization with a System in place that provides for no accountability as there are no numbers to call the escalation managers directly, and no numbers for the dispatchers. Very sad. Would not ever recommend using them. Ridiculous.
The Worst service I have ever experienced!!!!! They there is alway an excuse why they couldn’t pick up the trash. They skip us for some reason once a month, no exaggeration, we cannot use another service so why would they have decent service
