Randy took us out to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. It was an absolute amazing experience. My son and his cousin son said it was \the best day of their life\. The boys got to catch mackerel, blue fish, bass, pull up lobster traps, and filet a fish. I would highly recommend Randy!

A day of fishing with Pete Yukins. He was on time, has quality gear, and showed up ready to fish with everything we might need to have a great time. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to fishing and navigating the waters to find the best locations based on the day/time/tide/conditions/feedback from his network of fishing contacts. He was quite flexible which helped optimize our catches. For instance, we were heading to find mackerel for bait when Peter spotted activity in the water with birds etc... We quickly veered off course to check it out, Peter was prepared with some lures and before we knew it we were pulling in numerous stipers. Peter is a really nice guy. He was very patient with my 8-yr old son who is a novice but was quite excited. When trying to make sure he showed my son a good time on the boat, he provided a number of options for fishing (bait fishing, lure fishing, checking traps). Peter was flexible when the conditions changed and the bites dried up in some spots, quickly locating us to other spots for more fish. Peter brings the local knowledge. He knows and is friendly with many other fishermen on the North Shore, constantly speaking with others to get us inside scoop on where the fish were biting. Finally, Peter was careful when taking Covid-related precautions, such as wearing a mask etc... Overall a great time with a local fishing expert who works super hard to show you a great time on the water!
Randy & his guides are great. We did private full day fishing trip as Graduation gift for my son and his friends with Sigler Guide Service. We had been out with Randy and with his guides on private day trips before. They are ALL great! I have sent my kids out with the guides solo when they were younger and knew the teenagers would be in good hands. They had a blast! This trip was the 2nd with Pete , and they think he is the coolest being on this planet! They all can't wait to do it again ! Fishing for the live bait is a blast and the Striper they caught was YUMMY ! I think I ate more than anyone ! Randy was great organizing and setting us up with his guide Pete again. Pete was great tailoring the trip to the boys and making it super fun & safe ! Hope to be back in August !
FUN, RELAXING, EDUCATING are the three words I would use to describe Sigler's Guide Service and our time with Randy out on the water. We were looking for a nice fishing experience and a little getaway from these crazy Covid 19 times and got so much more! It turned out to be one of the most amazing days we have had in a long time. Not only did we catch plentiful and multiple types of bait and striped bass, but we also got to enjoy watching sun bathing seals and experienced some lobstering. During our time on the water we learned so much about fishing, the marine life and the surrounding coast. Randy has such a relaxing personality and makes you feel right at home. He has a unique way of getting everyone involved and making every part an unforgettable experience.
I have been going fishing with randy for years now and am convinced he is the best guide in the area. Over the years randy has gotten us on so many huge bass inshore, massive bail balls, and even slammed some cod deep. He always surprises us under promising just to over deliver. His overall knowledge of whats going on in the area, and passion for fishing/preservation of the fishery make it a blast. Plus your catching fish every time so how cant you be happy?
