I had an appointment set for a facial. 30 minutes after my appointment time, I left, because my specialist did not show up for my appointment. No one to greet you when you walk in, either. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. He tried to help and was nice. I did get an apology call a couple hours later. I went out of my way to go there, since I did not live in the area. I will not be going back. The person that called to apologize was really nice but I don't remember her name now. It was also run down. It needs a little TLC but I could have overlooked that if I had a good experience.

Long post. I'm only leaving 3 stars because I liked my nails a lot. This review isn't for the hair salon, this is for the nail salon that's adjacent to the hair place. My friend recommended this place to get my nails done for my birthday. He requires you to make an appointment which I chose 6 pm. I came there right at 6:00 with my toddler. He had someone in the chair before I got there which was fine but he didn't finish her until 6:49! I kept my cool because I had a child with me normally I would have caused a scene. If you're going to have an appointment schedule make sure you keep your end of the bargain. & don't overbook yourself because now your're an inconvenience for me. I still paid him full price 75 plus a tip I waited for him to offer a discount for having me wait basically an hour to get my nails done; but he never did that just shows what kind of customer service you have. I do not recommend this place! PS don't bother reaching out to respond to this comment because I'm not interested.
Diana is absolutely great! She listened to exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. My mom and I both have had such a wonderful experience. Very friendly atmosphere!
I went there yesterday. I showed them multiple photos of the style I wanted, they said they could do it. One girl began doing my hair, kept getting up and leaving to go take a phone call, then eventually she left and someone else took over to finish my hair. It came out bright yellow, completely unblended, and nothing like what I wanted at all. They guy who took over, tried to "fix" it. And he tried to fix the cut as well because the person who cut my hair before coloring even began, carelessly began chopping all my hair off, telling me she was just cutting the length & was going to perfect the cut and style later. My hair came out way shorter than what I wanted and at that, it's completely uneven and butchered. Original price was 150 and they offered me a "discount." And I ended up paying 144 for this complete mess. When I was at the shop, they were fully aware I was dissatisfied, even with the supposed "fixes" that were done. But I had already been there for over 4 hours, I didn't want to stay any longer for anything else. It was already 10pm by the time I left the shop, completely unhappy. I didn't even realize just exactly how bad it came out until I got home. I couldn't stop crying because of how upset I was. Don't waste your money here. I paid 144 for something that doesn't even slightly resemble what I originally wanted, for my hair to be butchered, and for me to end up feeling terrible about myself.
I went to see Steven and showed him a pic of the color I wanted to achieve n he went beyond my expectations!!! Environment was very clean and the ppl were very friendly! Def recommend Steven Arias
Took my daughter to get hair done and we loved it
Michelle was amazing and so nice!! I highly recommend her!! Price for full highlights and color was not bad at all! definitely will be returning!
