Literally just got off the phone with this company. Received a hefty quote of 2500 just for a replacement 13hp Kawasaki engine. Was informed that that price was just for the engine and didn’t include installation. This engine is not only for sale on Amazon but is also on many other websites for less than 1000. I feel like this guy is trying to rip people off. UPDATE - Just got a phone call from this lovely business and the owner just threatened me. He said and I quote “I can’t wait to meet you out on the street”. I just laughed. What a horrible business. I’ve also posted a pic of the incoming call from this business.

A start to finish! Cart broke down 1mile away from my house. The lady that answers the phone was verry patient & determined to get me in & out verry quickly! Cart was picked up , repaired & delivered back to my house less than 24hrs later. Cart has been back with no issues after starter generator repair over 3 .mos now .!

terrible terrible terrible, they had my cart for almost 3 weeks and didn't figure out anything. I usually take to sunshine who are fantastic but they had the covid so had to try someone else. had to fight with them to get my cart back. then gave cart to sunshine and they fixed in 20 minutes. lose ignition wire. these guys are tools. one of the south florida companies no one should deal with. beware of these guys

I highly recommend this place. I spoke with Brad. Great guy running a great shop! I put off my weak battery replacement until the last moment. I guess I’m the only one to ever do this... lol... I called Blockbuster and got Brad on the tele at about 8:45am yesterday. Here is what makes this shop great: Brad has been servicing golf cars for almost three decades and is an expert with Golf Cars! AND a real Club Car guy! He has the NEW batteries I want on the shelf! Yeah! Right away Brad worked the estimate to the penny. I explained my Hub concerns and he reassured me he would check it out my front end. Brad had my golf car picked up within 30 minutes! Very nice tow driver and yes, being careful loading my golf car. Brad couldn’t promise me a return same day since he explained he needed to charge it overnight and then check the batteries to make sure all is good with the replacement pack. That’s great service and honesty that he checks his work before it goes back to me! This morning the shop called to arrange return delivery advising me all checked out on the front end and the Hub . No further charge. Nice to know I had expert eyes on it! Thanks Brad! I give my highest recommendation!

My first time using them to purchase parts for my golf cart from out of state. I received a box and it was damaged bad and it was missing one part. Reached out the same day I recieved box and took pictures for them. They did not reach out till a few days later. UPS had reach out a few days afterward to ask if I still had box, I said no because it was damaged and I had already taken pictures before I threw it away. They were fine with that. Next thing I know weeks go by and Blockbuster calls me to say UPS denied their claim and said I needed to pay for another part if I wanted it. I wasn't having it. Just lost money on a part that I didn't receive. They blamed me for not having the damaged box and UPS didn't demand me having a box since I provided pictures. Pictures were sufficient since I had already thrown away box. This is bad business practice, stay away from this business.
