Working with A-1 Rentals was a great experience. Their customer service, event products (tents, etc.) and delivery/set-up were all exceptional. I enjoyed working with Jamie and Cathy to execute my order from start to finish. We ordered the 10x30 tent with draping and bistro lights, 2 harvest tables, a serpentine table and the fold up bar. On the day of delivery, the setup crew were professional, prompt and efficient. For pickup, the crew arrived and worked quietly in the early morning hours that we didn't know they were there until they were almost done breaking down and packing up everything. This was key since they picked up on a Sunday morning. Surely my neighbors were appreciative of this!! Overall, I highly recommend this company for your next event and plan on using them in the very near future.

I had a GREAT experience with A-1 Tent & Party Rentals! Everyone that I worked with in the company was wonderful and very professional. I have been planning and working with them for the majority of this past year. I got married on July 7th, just a couple of weeks ago, and rented quite a bit from them. The rental process was super easy and convenient! I loved that they were so easy to communicate with when I had questions! The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful! We actually went to their office the week of our wedding hoping to add on a tent...if they had one with such short notice They were able to accommodate us, with no problem, which was a huge life saver, because our reception hall ended being too small for our huge families! We even added some of their up lights to the tent, to add in our wedding colors, it was beautiful! The delivery crew was awesome! They arrived right on time and were super patient with my indecisive self! Our plates and tableware were clean and ready to go. The tent and chairs were clean.The guys set the chairs up perfectly for our ceremony. I cannot say enough good things about this company!! From start to end, they were the best!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I will most certainly be a returning customer!! Thank you, A-1 Tent & Party Rentals!!
