I have been very pleased with my experience at the Marietta location. The staff is polite and helpful every time I go. Dr. Watson communicates well, simplifies options and eases tension with humor. He's the best person to hold your hand though a tough situation!

Dr. Patel provides excellent diagnoses and treatment of a problem. But time management is poor. Twice I have had 1:30 pm Monday appointments and do not see Dr.Patel until 3:15 pm because of overbooking for money. This is .intolerable .I will not go back
I've done the ganglion cyst remove from Dr.V.Patel he was very nice and explain to me what would be the procedure done to make me feel better. Friday I've done my surgery and 3 days later I had an appointment for check up after the surgery. The front desk were not nice to explain me why they are so behind on schedule when I was scheduled for 2 pm no one said a word that they are behind until I asked at 2.50pm and then the front desk lady could not even give an explanation I left the office so mad. She just offered me to reschedule but I was already 3 days staying with this bandage after the surgery and it was a bad picture to look at it. I left the office called the main line they offered me to come back at 4.15 so I went back on the same day and left the office at 6.30 pm . They remove my bandage and that was a relief for me because my fingers were already so blueish(no explanation why is this happening). The worst thing is that the remove it but they did not put a cast to support my hand so no one explain to me what to do . The next day I've got a call from Dr. V Patel and he apologize to me and asked me to come back on the next day to do the therapy and put cast on my hand....So I was left for 2 day with nothing and no explanation what to do and not to do with my hand. I went on the next day after doctor called to come back to the office and he told to go to the room with the lady that is \therapist\. She gave me a list of exercises to do until she make my cast. Well she was nice but no explain why is she doing it and what to do at home --like when to remove the cast and how to handle cleaning....So frustrated.....I have mixed feeling of this office.I was thinking to not leave a review but after all this happened made me feel how much they care about patients. Nothing personal they just need to do a better job with scheduling and therapist information(very important!)
Dr Watson and his entire staff were professional. There were no delays in the waiting room “new patient” check in procedures. The doctor was sincere in presenting a diagnosis a patient can understand. He also very carefully listed the treatment options and offered the risks of each. If mI lived in Atlanta, he would be my “hand doc.”
I had carpal tunnel on both wrists and had surgery on both as well. I have had a good recovery. I have been at this location since June 2019 and I have my final appointment this month so that would make 1 year of being at this office. The Church St. location in Marietta is the BEST! Dr. Watson was great. Not only was he AMAZING and NICE, but he really cares about his patients. He was always upbeat and made sure that we understood the information he was providing. Ms. Tracy and the other receptionist were great (I forgot her name). Also, the physical therapist that nice as well. I never had any issues with this office (only with workers comp). I felt super comfortable being here. I cannot thank everyone enough for being good to me.
