These clerks are full of it. I firmly believe they are trashing filings. These year has been horrible with \missing\ pleadings and filings. Cobb conveniently loses more filings than other other county in the entire state.

Overall they are very nice, staff is very polite and informative. I wish they can do virtual judgements for few of the cases where plaintiff has admitted guilty. There is a huge backlog of eviction cases and many people are taking advantage of these delays.
