Went to check out digital pianos and this location did not disappoint. From budget to premium models, Alex Merlo patiently walked through features and actions of the many available Yamaha models (a flavor for every taste) with me, and then followed up as promised with some extra information even though I didn’t commit to the sale. Good folks, highly professional, but friendly and casual, service. Best piano shop experience I’ve had in a long time. Thanks!
