It is my pleasure to submit this review on behalf of Alan Garber and his ENTIRE (Marc included) staff. I sought assistance regarding a Wage Benefit claim against my former employers. After speaking with one attorney who did not feel my claim was worth pursuing I sought assistance through another attorney who introduced me to Alan. Alan listened to my claim, did in depth research and accepted my case. It was if anything a tumultuous time but Alan pursued and eventually the other side settled out of court. I am not only pleased but elated to have had the pleasure of having Alan's assistance and expert knowledge in helping me. For those wanting to know the basics: Is he honest? YES- If Alan does not see a chance he is upfront about the situation. Is he fair with pricing? YES!- If you want the best in representation do it! Does he follow up with you?
