I visited the Brick MarineMax location recently and was pleasantly welcomed by their employees, Matthew & Don, who work in the parts department. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions I had with ease. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely be back! Overall a great experience!

I spent a lot of time working with a salesman, Jim Ferg, who couldn't have been more helpful during the sales process. He was professional, responsive and took a lot of his time to educate me on my first boat purchase. When I asked to sea trial a boat in stock at Brick, Jim came up from Ship Bottom to take us out. I came very close to buying a boat from Jim, but ultimately went with a brand they don't offer for sale. I can't speak for the service aspect of the experience, but my experience with the sales team was very favorable.
MarineMax sold me a Lemon. The Sea Ray has problems and MarineMax has not been able to fix it. They forget, they don't follow though. My depth finder is being replaced for the 4th time in one year. The boat is 2 years old. I would recommend you find another place for sales and service. I have sent over 50 emails about just this one problem with the boat. Highly disappointing.
Worst boat buying experience ever. Very unresponsive and they make you feel like they're doing you a favor selling you a boat. Scott, the brokerage manager, almost seemed annoyed that I was actually asking important questions about the boat I was looking at. Needless to say, he never even got back to me with the answers so I moved on and bought a boat elsewhere.
