Great experience! Hometown feel. The staff is amazing and the selection is enormous. I’d rather spend a few extra bucks to support a local business than shop at a corporate conglomerate. Adam is the owner and made all of the shoppers feel welcomed whether or not they made a purchase. I will definitely be going back to make future purchases.

I have been buying shoes here for almost 20 years. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Family owned and local, I never even consider shopping anywhere else. Five stars for sure, wish I could give them more!
I wish I could RATE Mark Adrian Shoes HIGHER! I’ve been happily going there for 3 years now since I’ve moved to Gloucester. These people LOVE what they do and it shows! Adam, the owner, is extremely reasonable, understanding and honest! He has been so generous and kind. I have a lot of foot pain and they help me every time find something comfortable and stylish. If it’s not a good fit, he always makes it right. Alex is very patient and kind, we need that with these important and pricey decisions. Another thing is that they are all so knowledgeable and won’t just sell you something. They take an Interest in your needs and want to make you happy and for your feet to feel good! I wish every business operated with their integrity. They’re doing it right and making tons of friends along the way! I’m certainly one for life! Thank you for being so amazing and bringing such joy to all that enter. ️

This place is seriously wonderful. The perfect little neighborhood shoe and boot store. My husband and kids have been going here for years instead of the giant stores. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable (not like the typical store where someone is just punching a clock and can't hope to guide you to the best pair you need). They have a great inventory and have excellent pricing too. Long live small businesses and local businesses. Please support this family owned business which is a gem on Main St in charming Gloucester.
We have shopped at Mark Adrian Shoes for years. Most recently my wife and I visited Mark Adrian Shoes to find a couple of pairs of boots. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. We will be back !
