Amazing experience today, as a 1st time patient! Yay! The font of the house / meaning the reception / was run by Rosie (on the day I was there) and all flowed smoothly & punctually! I had an emergency & was able to be booked on the same day thank you Rosie for caring about my poor little infected eye! The waiting time was short - although I was expecting to stay much longer, because they did after all squeeze Me IN. So the short wait was lovely! Doc HornFeld was funny / patient / kind! He thoroughly explained what was going on with my poor eye & it’s infected state. He gave me solutions & I truly felt so at home which is rare these days. Next I saw Margarita / another amazing soul who is part of Doc H’s Family! She is also trained as an Ophthalmologist & adds another layer to traditional healing / which is a holistic approach / which I LOVED! Margarita was a peach & I could’ve stayed with her forever. She knew so much - wanted to help - DID HELP ME beyond measure & she was FUN, FUNNY & WISE! I felt I’d won the lottery and had such a memorable time. So worth every penny paid out of POCKET! Thanks Doc H, Margarita, Rosie & Co for such a fabulous experience! Patient for life! Kindly, R! on the UWS :o)
