I went to have a bridge install on my violin and the individual installed it backwards; Then when asking for violin instructors they ignored me and never gave me the information, even after I asking multiple times and purchasing music and equipment for my violen.

Staff is very knowledgeable, and super friendly! I needed to get an instrument for my daughter, and they were able to guide me through the entire process and also save me a trip by setting me up with the supplies she needed for band class. Excellent customer service!!!

I rented a violin from this company for my daughter online. She takes lessons at her school and they shipped it to the school for free. Unfortunately it has not been a good experience! They told me to return the violin to the school where they shipped it at the end of the year. I actually drove it to the school myself to return it because I’m the room mom and they had an end of the year party. I find out almost 4 weeks later they Music and Arts- they do not have it. I do not have it! I returned it to the school! I call them back at their corporate office- a total of three times - and left messages during business hours (10am) (1pm) etc. No call back and no resolution. I then email the store I had been in contact with. They were very responsive but couldn’t actually help me only pass along the messages. Then suddenly I’m charged for the violin- unauthorized charge because I don’t have the inventory and now I’m paying for a violin I don’t have In August! I followed their instructions to return it and haven’t had this thing since June 18th! Im not paying for something I do not have. I call to get a resolution and nobody is really jumping the ball to help- Not refund me my money or help me locate it ASAP. It could be missing and it could be lost at the school or never picked up by them at all- but I honestly did what I was supposed to do. I’m telling them I don’t have the violin! I returned it. I would NEVER rent an instrument from this company again. What a nightmare- bad business practices too. If it was not picked up I would expect they call me within 7-14 days not almost five weeks later and want to charge my card just because they have the card information stored. This makes me weary to even have auto billing set up because once these places get your card they will go ahead and charge you whatever they want legitimate charges or not! No thank you!
