Matt was great and answered all of our questions and was diligent in doing all the work we asked of him. However, the QC work by the dealership was poor at best. The trailer did not come with a spare and both tires were dry rotted. We had both trailer tires blow out on I-10 on the way to get spares. The boat was “cleaned” but was actually filthy when we picked it up. They had to replace the battery when we got there only because we made sure they checked it. We had 2/4 speakers that are blown that we didn’t know about and didn’t show up in their scans. Overall, the sales experience was great but their maintenance and quality work could use some major help.

This is the best place to buy a boat. Affordable and the service is almost free. We purchased a boat from them, and when there is any problem, they solve problems for the next day. They charge almost nothing for services. I spend more on tips to workers than the service Bill's. Thanks Boat Yard.
