Not sure why all the positive reviews. Poor customer service. Here is my personal experience. Arrived at 1:45pm walked around outside with an idea of what we would like to purchase but had a few questions. Nobody came outside so my husband walked into the office. The gentleman inside said all sales people are at lunch. We decided to wait outside another 15mins or so to see if someone came back. About 10 mins later 2 people showed up walked right past us and went inside. So my husband went back inside asked to speak to a sales person and they said they are currently on the phone. Ok... So we waited again... In the meantime a guy came outside started picking up boxes and carrying them inside... No words to us. After another 10 mins or so my husband made one last attempt went inside and the same guy said hold on ill be right with you as he stood behind a computer blankly staring back. After waiting another 10 mins we left. We made a 30 min commute to check this place out with the intention to purchase that day. Ive never felt so ignored. We would rather take our business to someone who wants it.
