I hope they record the calls to customer service so they can listen to how I was treated. I have never been treated this way in my entire life. 1- I received an email afterwards from Sales saying it was not a bad connection. That is not true at all. I could hear everything perfectly. 2- The sales person was extremely rude, and did imply that he didn't like my order because my credit card was from Brazil and I was having it shipped to Florida, so this meant it was probably fraud. That is xenophobia. 3- I never asked my order to be cancelled and I never said I could not wait for their process, he cancelled it because he said he didn't like the order, just like that. 4- Since you cancelled the order because you said you didn't like it, you have to refund me the entire amount or I will charge you for fraud. 5- Why would a company treat a client this way? And forcefully make me cancel my order? And then you say you are not returning my credit card fees. Honestly, there is something really wrong with you.

Great selection of products with worthless customer service. Called to ask a basic question on one of the products purchased and was told they would not explain any procedures on how to properly use the product. You go CUSTOMER SERVICE team!
