So grateful for a dentist that offers in-office sedation: a huge cost-savings for parents of children with dental anxiety. Thank you for doing what you do! And she's board certified y'all! Great staff always professional in answering my numerous insurance questions. Also entire office going out of their way to keep patients safe and comply with coronavirus guidelines.

We liked this place when we started because of friendly service, but the experience has been downhill over the last year. They are only open a few days a week and cancelled on us a few times last minute. The hours and late cancelations are difficult for working families. The insurances accepted are slim and we always had issues with billing. We had one thing billed and denied because of how it was filed and we didn't find out for over a year, making it impossible for us to refile. Office took over a year to notify us and originally asked us to pay it despute their filing mistake. Also charged to get dental records that we're never provided in the first place.

Overpriced and greedy. Charged 700 for two kids to get a simple cleaning, wouldn't lower the bill at all. If you value your money, take your kids somewhere else.

I have a 2 year old and I’m so glad we saw Dr. Garzon! She ended up needing a tooth pulled and I was nervous for the anesthesia part. Dr. Seay, her anesthesiologist for the surgery, called me answered all my questions. The day of the surgery both Dr. Garzon and Dr. Seay came out and answered any questions or concerns we had prior to the procedure. After surgery we got to be with my daughter and hold her and console her in our own room playing soft lullaby music to slowly wake her up. They made our entire family so comfortable pre surgery and post surgery. Camela even checked on her periodically to give us parents peace of mind. She also explained all the billing, medical insurance, and talked about our visits in detail. Everything from calling to schedule an appointment, 1st visit, surgery, and post surgery, I recommend this office so highly in taking care of your precious children. The entire office was happy and exicted to be at their jobs to work for Dr. Garzon and it showed. Dr. Garzon, you took care of my baby like she was one of your own.
