I dropped off a blue Adidas hoodie to get a zipper repaired, and told them I would like the zipper to be blue like the original, but black would be acceptable. They said they'd call when it was ready. A week later, with no phone call, I called to check on the status, they said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, it had a gold zipper \u200d️. I asked, "are you kidding me?", the man responded, "that's what you asked for when I took it in from you". I told him, "#1 you're not the person who took it in, #2 why would I want a gold zipper on a blue hoodie?"... They said they'd fix it, and would give me a call when it was done. I decided to get some other things dry cleaned to give them another chance while I also waited for my hoodie to get corrected. Two weeks later, without a phone call for them I called to find out the status, and they said everything was finished. I went to pick up my items and it was very expensive compared to most places. Never going back. The only reason I gave two stars is due to them actually completing the task they were required to do. In response to the response from Martinizing. I can understand that mom's make the alterations, the problem was that none of your employees at the store listened to anything I said or followed any of the directions given. I said when I dropped off the sweatshirt, blue or black zipper, and if there was an issue to call me. And how did I find the zipper? Gold, without a phone call. And your employee had the gall to tell me that I requested that, when he wasn't the person I dealt with, and I didn't say anything or the sort, WHO WOULD ASK FOR GOLD ON BLUE??? The problem wasn't with the people doing your alterations (who I'm sure were just doing what they were told), it was the people directing them, you and or your direct employees.
Use them regularly (twice a week) for everything (shorts and jeans included) except underware and I could not be happier. Their VIP service is entirely worth it and prices that can't be beat make this a no brainer for me. Highly recommend!

Lousy. I paid to have stains removed from the inside and outside of my purse. Outside was slightly faded, inside stains appear completely untouched. Not faded, not smeared or blurred. Nothing. I honestly believe they only cleaned he outside, but it literally made no difference on the stains. Waste of money, and the person behind the counter was completely unhelpful. Don't go here.
They charge .30 per shirt if you do not unbutton all buttons,just picked up my shirts from last drop off and I know they were unbuttoned charged unbutton fee plus shirts are now 2.99 wasn't told price increase on drop off go to Ridge cleaners no button fee 2.40 shirt
