The very worse! I made an appointment with this business in February for a problem i was experiencing in my left eye. Upon arrival the attendant gave me an eye exam which i told her I did not want but she insisted gave it to me anyway stating that they had to do it in order to determine what was wrong with my eye. i had just had an exam 1 year earlier by an Optometrist and told her that. She still insisted to give the exam. Then I was seen by an Ophthalmologist and he checked for glaucoma and cataracts. I left with a prescription for new glasses feeling my problem was not addressed. After a week i phoned and told them that I still had an issue with my eye. I was scheduled another appointment and a different Ophthalmologist (Mark) did the exam this time. I told him that his partner did not address my issue I was experiencing with blurred vision in my left eye. He stated there was a misunderstanding or communication breakdown. Trust me, it was not on my part. I know how to explain myself quite well. Anyway, I got an invoice for 30 for an exam I DID NOT WANT OR ASK FOR, and Medicare was charged TWICE for an exam that should have only been charged once because the first Ophthalmologist did not do his job right or even address the issue that I made the appointment for in the first place. I plan on writing the medical board and Medicare and filing a complaint against this firm for their mishandling of my problem and charging twice for something that should have been handled more professionally and never should have been charged for the 2nd time. I will not return to this business nor do i recommend going here.

Beware!! They’ll do “additional” test nonchalantly and without explanation so they can bill you for it. They’ll make you think it’s part of a standard eye test.
