A couple of weeks ago I was looking to buy a car after my vehicle was totaled. I had been communicating with with Terri Basconi and primarily with a gentleman named John Myers. I had numerous questions about the Ford Fiesta ST that understandably would have annoyed most salesmen in my experience, but Mr. Myers was a patient professional and addressed my questions. I had to drive a bit to check the car out at Nelson Ford, and Mr. Myers made sure it would be there for me to look and test drive. On the way to Nelson Ford a part of my vehicle became partially detached, and at no cost to me they put up my car up on the lift and reattached it in a jiffy. This was a very pleasant surprise to me prior to the test drive. On the test drive John Myers ran through the features of the vehicle while also telling me the history of Martinsville which I found to be great. While going through finalization Mr. Myers continued to be a polite professional and was never pushy in way when pitching the additional warranty which I ended up declining due to the car still having a manufacturer's warranty. Mr. Myers and Terri Basconi where also very patient and professional in dealing with the Credit Union that I used. Throughout that finalization ordeal made difficult by the Credit Union an other individual named Chris Davis helped John, Terri, and me finally get over the finish line. Fast forward a couple weeks and the car has been great to me. I want to thank John Myers, Terri Basconi, Chris Davis, and Nelson Ford for a great automotive buying experience. I will strongly consider buying from them in the future..maybe that 6.8 Mustang if that comes out in the future or if Ford decides to make a Boss 429 again.

My hubby and I went in to buy our first car as newlyweds! John Myers was so helpful and patient with the buying process & made our experience as first time care buyers painless!!! Danny was also so helpful and gracious to making sure we got the right deal that was affordable for us. We happily drove off the lot with a new 2019 Ford Edge and couldn’t be happier!
