Horrible service, I have been calling 5 or 6 days for days and Ms. Carrie or Kerry Watkins never answers her phone, voice mail is full. I need an status update on a Background, this agency received my application/documents back in February and now it is the end of April. This is a joke. Mr. Governor please do something about the Maryland Department of Human Services, Social Aministration, In Home-Services. These employees are being paid for services that they do not provide to the public. Or automate the systems and get ride of these people. No excuses, we are all working during this pandemic and they need to do their jobs

Update: Still the worst with no one intelligent enough to help. This agency is a joke. The state should be ashamed. Worst communication ever. Been waiting for them to call me back within 10 days every freaking month since November 2020. I’d give y’all a negative star if I could.

Been trying to call for 2 weeks now regarding my redetermination. Now, my food stamps have been cut off although I sent in all my paperwork for the redetermination. I would like schedule a visit to the office, but nobody answers the phone! Please help!

Horrible service, one star is too good of a rating to give this organization. I have been calling for 2 weeks now, holding for long periods, over an hour then the phone line disconnects. Please Govern Hogan and county Exec Angela Alsobrooks force them to re-open offices for limited walk-in access because they obviously can't appreciate the flexibility of working from home and under utilizing it. We the public would not be calling if we didn't need help. We are suffering and this office is designated to help us. Please do the job that you have been tasked to do. At minimum, answer our calls. We, the public may need to seek the help of 7 On Your Side to bring the lack of help to light!

Still no answer been trying to call them since yesterday. Yesterday my phone died because i was on hold the whole time. Today morning i called early in the morning and wasnt during their supposedly peak time and still didnt receive an answer. Dont even try to call its no use

They deserve no stars. What a joke I've called 12 times and each time get the run around after waiting on hold for 4 plus hours and then being hung up on. No way can they be that busy, just being lazy not wanting to do their job. They need to fire the whole staff and hire people that actually want to work and resolve people's problems. It's beyond frustrating

This spot is worth visiting. They have big portions for fair prices. Consistently well kept and with good ambience. Will come visit again.

These people never pick up the phone .... i stayed on the line for hours and NOTHING... no call back nothing ... like geez im just calling about my food stamps
