They don't remove Snow and you can't get anything fixed anymore since they changed management their concerned about there bonus by staying under budget so spending to keep things safe or fixed is no longer a concern.....

I recently met with the woman who is currently running the office and she was very thoughtful, helpful and considerate. She took the time to show me around, and while I don't live there, the park seemed very clean and well maintained. There seemed to be more applicants than spaces so, high demand. Which I think means things are good. I was impressed on my visit with the very capable woman at the front office, and with the park in general. I know this review almost sounds like I know some one but I assure you, I do not. I went to visit out of pure curiosity, wanting more space than an apartment would offer. I then decided I wanted to buy, but anything on that site gets snatched up quickly and the one I saw was in contract by the next day. I don't think you could possibly be disappointed living here. Again, I know no one, just a visitor. Just my opinion.
This place is a joke, the maintenance workers and private contractors work more on the office workers place more than the residents. There are different set of rules for everyone. And now the lady who works in the office lives by me and I have to hear her yelling, cussing, and screaming at her daughter outside for everyone to hear. It's just very unprofessional... And don't let me get started about the dog's out here...
Absolutely horrible place to live. Our water was triple what it should be and they said it was a typo and fixed it but is still trying to charge us 168 when our water is no more than 50 we lived here for a year and it's never been more than that. They said they would call us back and here it is a month later and they won't answer the phone. The manager is ever\ in. Voicemail after voicemail and still nothing. this place can go to hell.
Possibly the worst place in Marysville you could try and rent from. The landlord is so ridiculously rude and entitled with no bedside manner. She’s also incredibly unorganized. Guy at the front desk seems to have no idea on how to do his job. The waiting time for an application to be processed is insane. They don’t seem to be in any rush to help you with anything that could be wrong with your trailer either. The worst place I’ve ever tried to rent from.
Terrible always made up something to pick at yu for I do not recommend living here
Has went very downhill the past few years.
