It almost seems that they are enjoying the bubble they are in. The security guards ask you to scan. And then tell them to wait for an hour for drop off. Once they are ready for you, you again get into another line. I wonder how they were ready for me. Can I stop paying taxes since they are not doing their jobs.

Security was kind, friendly, and helpful. Lydia at front desk was cheerful and extremely helpful and efficient. Building was being cleaned constantly. Felt very safe. Excellent experience. Best trip ever to RMV.

This was a Blessing and we finally caught up to NH with a temp plate and registration to put on our vehicles and then be able to drive until our permanent plates get mailed to us. Yahoo. Very fast Service. Thank You.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the second time, I have tried to amend my registration and have been unsuccessful due to misinformation regarding documents needed. This was a horrible experience for everyone involved and once I am able to resolve this simple issue once and for all, I am am going to do everything in my power to never have to deal with this place again. The only only pleasant employee was the the woman at behind the desk itself. Everyone else was intolerable and clearly lacked the knowledge of standard processes and procedures. I am unimpressed with operations, to say the least. Please fix, because this is beyond ridiculous.

Covid is now an excuse for transactions that used to take 20 minutes now take 4 days or more. Officers outside are rude and unhelpful, i would take 100% less law enforcement and more RMV employees! And not ones just standing outside vacuuming the MassDOT cars!
