Its like they don’t want to make sales. Customer service is useless, I called for a price breakdown for an off road ATV and he put me on hold. 20 minutes later. Nothing. Literally left me on hold because no one can actually provide decent customer service. I haven’t even walked in the door, just needed more information perhaps an email would be nice. You’d think they would help with COVID. I have to physically show up I guess. Let’s see how that goes. Update: I walked in, there were three men sitting in a table just chatting. “Understaffed”....anyways I just wanted to buy a Maverick mind you this is a 30k dollar machine. The only helpful person was one salesman, Monty. If you want someone to help you he’s definitely the person to go to here. He was actually at his desk and provided Amazing customer service the only person who seemed to care to help a customer. He was patient and broke everything down for me and got me what I needed. Thank you Monty.
