I can not praise Bell House Medical / Master Grab Bar enough. I purchased a Bruno Straight Rail Stairlift from them and it has worked Perfectly from the day I had it installed. It is one year today. Shortly after that, I had my stair well carpeted and the workmen clipped a cord on my Bruno. I called Steve Bell and he immediately came to my home and fixed the issue. Steve is my Hero! Now who gets service like that today. Today I went to there store in Lewes and I was so surprised with there inventory. They have everything and if you do not see it there they can get it for you. Put handicap ramps at the main front door. I kept getting my wheels caught and almost fell several times. I told Steve to remove them because they were not working out for us. He had fast talking excuses. I waited a whole afternoon for him only to be told I wasn’t on the schedule. A shower conversion took over a month! I have asked him to come get the ramps which he never secured and refund my mother some money. I will never refer anyone to him. Fast talking bsing salesman.
