If I could give a million negative stars, I would. I place my order on 2/11, was told it was shipped on the 16th, but was only able to get a USPS tracking number today on 2/24. In the image attached, they told me my package was stranded. The best apology would be better handling of packages for future use, a USPS tracking number given with every Alibris order for transparency which they fail to do, and better customer support handling as this is the second email I have sent to them but only this one was replied. Did my other email just get ignored or backlogged?! I needed this textbook urgently for an exam coming up for one of my important courses. I got to say, I am highly disappointed in their services and will probably never order anything from them nor recommend their services ever again. If I were given a USPS tracking number earlier and knew it was arriving a little later than expected, I would have found ways to borrow the book temporarily from a friend until mines arrived. Again, highly disappointed and angry.

On more than one occasion now I have paid a high price for expedited shipping on in stock books from this company only have to been disappointed each time with the level of customer service and the missed deadlines of delivery on the items I ordered. Thank goodness I am almost finished my courses and for my remaining course I will not be using Matthews Medical Books.
