I had been a patient of Carolinas home medical equipment in Matthews North Carolina for several years. Then over the past year unverifiable charges I am being billed for. I am sure they will respond to this factual review citing some baloney to cover their rear end because they are a fraudulent company. Aetna was very surprised to find out they were quoting over 700 extra above agreed-upon pricing for the latest ResMed Bipap. But it doesn’t stop there Carolinas Home Medical Equipment could not locate miscellaneous parts for a CPAP that was loaned to me while the unit they sold me was broken needing repair. A loaner here. Now I am being billed 177.47 for these parts that are basically disposable this is another way they generate revenue fraudulently. Stay away from Carolina Home Medical Equipment they do not care about your wellbeing or any thing To do about your healthcare. They are looking for additional avenue to bill insurance or to charge their patients legitimate charges or not. Does not matter I even did not wanna argue or debate a bill and went ahead and paid it this being the third incident over the past year stay away I told you so.

Thank you for the outstanding customer service that Ashley has continuously provided to my mom for her medical equipment needs. My mother is handicapped and needed assistance with customizing a manual wheelchair and then an electronic wheelchair. Ashley is thorough, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that my mother's medical needs were addressed in a timely manner. She's extremely responsive, kind and caring. My mother described her as an 'Angel' sent along the way to help her at this stage of life. I must commend Ashley for going the extra mile for being extremely patient, kind and caring with my mom. It's a challenge sometimes to take the time to explain and then re-explain the same thing to ensure that she understands what's being said to her. Ashley can only be described as the employee that should be cloned because she's a true exemplar of what customer service should look like and feel like with the elderly population. We have used a few medical equipment services and Carolina's Home Medical Equipment based on my experiences with Ashley and the customer service telephone team to include John can only be described as exceptional customer care-this company is a cut above the rest and I am speaking from experience. I highly recommend this company for all of your medical equipment needs.
