Excellent customer service across board, room very comfortable. Three Fire steak house great food, steak delicious although you do pay extra for any side dish. Masks required partition between machines. Loved that all smoking now has to be outside!!! Very affordable getaway. we just took our own wipes and made sure we wiped main things in our room and wiped the machine before we played touched the buttons.

My first time going to this casino/hotel. Nice and clean. Plexiglass is between players on the casino floor. Everyone wore masks. Hotel rooms were nice, bathrooms are a good size with deep tubs! Went to eat dinner at the Steakhouse. I got the Salmon and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes. Items are ala carte. Delicious! In the morning we went to another restaurant that had a Breakfast platter for only 8! This included 2 eggs, 2 pancakes or French toast and bacon or sausage. Enjoyable! Overall nice stay!
It just gets worse and worse. I know the pandemic hit this casino hard but the winning was gone from this casino before the pandemic and now it's even worse you can literally put 1000.00 dollars in a machine and not hit more than 100.00 it's just in my opinion not even close to a standard winning percentage. Now I know they have their own gaming committee which means they can do what they want but here's a thought if you make it to where most are not having fun and the winning isn't worth the play how long do you really think you will be in business
Nice weather today so went to pbp casino for Sundays drawings for a chance to win one of 5 John Deere riding lawn mower given away each Sunday in March. I have over 12,450 entries in the drawing but came home with only my pride. Someday I hope to win at a drawing.
The lady at the hotel check in with curly black hair was rude as fu... And the hot tubs wer closed this is we looked all weekend
