Fire bud and best customer service and management I've ever seen for a large scale dispensary. I had an issue with their 40% off sale and ended up paying full price for one of their on sale products. I called and let them know what happened and they said come back and we will get you a refund. I came back and they did one better, gave me an 8th free on the house for the trouble. I bought more that day just because. They went above and beyond and it's nice to be treated with compassion especially during these trying times. Thanks cookiesfam you truly are family.
Great experience first time there was amazing service
Okay seriously this place lives up to the reputation. We called to get a little bit of information and we figured that they'd be too busy to talk to us but Miguel took time to tell us what was going to be on sale for Black Friday which is until tomorrow and wanted to make sure that we were happy even though we haven't been there yet or spent dollar 1. You got to go to this place the owner is trying to revolutionize the business and you got to support somebody like him keep it going burner and thanks again Miguel
