This was a very smooth, comfortable experience. Jim Santerello, his manager and Eric in finance made the whole experience great. They all went out of their way to make sure we had the car we wanted. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to the service department at white plains Mazda for over 3 years. This is my second cx5 which I also brought from their dealership. This service Dept is very efficient , quick and reasonable in pricing. The receptionist Linda is the a sweetheart and the service advisor Charleen is the most straightforward and no frills service advisor I have ever encountered. I have tried many dealerships both in Mazda and other brands of cats from Toyota to Honda to Audi. This dealership is the best.

Had a great experience. Thanks to Ben, Michael and Rob. I wanted a Mazda 6 Touring and end up leaving with the car at a good rate! They are honest and reliable. Looking for a new or pre owned car, I recommend going to Mazda in White plains

I have consistently been impressed with the service center at Westchester Mazda. They have always been extremely professional and courteous. Generally, in situations involving service centers, there is the issue of hidden information and agency loss. In other words, you don't know much about cars, the mechanic comes back tells you the "phalanges" are broken, and you wind up dropping more money on something that isn't real - basically you were scammed. With Westchester Mazda they have gone above and beyond to NOT do that. My car was pulling to the left I thought I needed a front-end alignment, technician said my left front tire was low on pressure and that's why. Saved me money. Another time they told me my air filter was dirty. They brought me to the shop floor and made sure I watched them pull it out to know that it was my air filter. Recently, I needed a NYS inspection. Went to a garage by my home. Guy said to my wife "you might not pass cause your brake pads are low." I said I'm going to the dealership to get a second opinion. Took my car to Westchester Mazda, they did their full circle inspection and told me this other guy was scamming me, my brake pads were fine. All-in-all, big fan of this place. Most likely will lease another Mazda from them and continue to get it serviced by them.

I have leased 4 cars from here and bought 1. The salesmen are great, polite, and helpful. They don't sell you anything you don't want/need like other dealers do. They're not pushy either. Evrol (our salesman) has been great in getting us the deal we want. They always give me the lowest price out of the 3 dealers in NY/CT I have been too! I will keep coming back.

Called service for information on the Takata airbag recall. They were very informative and double checked my car's recall status, including which letters had been sent out. I was expecting a "If you haven't received a letter we can't help you" response but they were very helpful and pleasant.

Why in hell would the website not say this place is no longer selling Mazda’s? Website says they have 9 2018s, I get there and am told they are closed and there are no cx-9s to look at. Not a good way to start any kind of relationship Mazda...super annoying. and to top it off, the sales team parked me in. No apology. I guess I shouldn’t have given them a chance. Avoid even when they reopens. Jerks

The LEMON Dealership. Their lot is packed with cars that have MAJOR MECHANICAL ISSUES. My car is being serviced for the 3rd time and I purchased a brand new car just last month. The loaner they gave me also broke down on the highway twice. Way to do business Mazda. UNSAFE UNRELIABLE CARS. How could you sell people brand new cars that break down? How could you promise to service the cars you sell if you cannot guarantee an actual mechanic will do the job? Why let me leave with my car if you did not and cannot fix the problems? BUYER BEWARE. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, SALES PERSONNEL AND SERVICE "MECHANICS".
