I wanted to know if they could help me fill out some papers tht was sent to me from San Antonio
Have had several \TIME SENSITIVE\ packets of paperwork pertaining to my Medicaid case for my pregnancy, attempting to validate employment when it's been stated I am currently unemployed, and it doesn't even list the correct company for my previous employer! Or ANY employer I've ever worked for, for that matter. In addition, I get a business week to chase down this employer, and have them fill out the paperwork to return it. When I try to log in online, my account security questions, which cannot possibly have any other answers, are screwed up. I call 211, the only way to get on without going to a location, am told on the site to press 2 after choosing a language, and spend the next ten minutes listening to literally every single option in every catagory, never finding the one to help me get into my account. I never get to anybody. My car is broken down, I am now one day past my deadline for this important issue, and I do not have reliable transportation. Thanks Texas, every SINGLE interaction with any state-run agency has been ultimate hell trying to get the simplest tasks done, for help I desperately need. Get it together.
When I call an office I expect to talk to someone not a damn machine if I wanted to talk to a machine I will call 211... I missed a call from this number and when I call back it's a damn machine
