They are very disrespectful. The line to cross to the US in Hidalgo is very long and a lot of us have waited more than an hour waiting in line and YOUR BUSES DECIDE ITS OKAY TO CUT EVERYONE OFF DANGEROUSLY. This is outrageous and needs to be assessed with your bus drivers. They clearly do not know how to drive. I do not care how big the bus is or where they are coming from, this is UNFAIR and if this bus would have hit us you better bet a lawsuit was going to happen. I also have the license plate number. Not only was it ONE BUS. It was THREE BUSSES IN TOTAL. I will make sure that none of my family rides these buses again.

Large friendly location. The counters are well identified and easy to locate. Extremely helpful staff and a very clean environment. Spacious waiting area and friendly patrons.
Everytime I purchase tickets for its 8pm departure to Reynosa, it is late. 40-50 minutes late. Therefore I have to switch my ticket to a different bus company that also goes to Reynosa but at a later time. This is risky as I have to be in Reynosa for a 10pm departure. It has happened several times. (Baggage is checked entering Mexico and is time consuming).

Outstanding service. The units are clean and so are the restrooms. The personal is courteous, and the trip is a breeze. I have been traveling to my hometown, Monterrey, N.L. for the past 9 years, and the service it has always been a good experience. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. From the ticket counter to the operators, and the baggage people, they are very professional. Keep up the good work.
