This company is absolutely horrible to work with. Trying to get answers from them is non existent because no one knows anything.They have no structure and are so unorganized. The employees have no idea what's going on because this company dont even keep their employees in the loop which is sad. I have seen some top notch guys working for them and they should leave and find a better employer because this company does not care about their reputation or the employees who work very hard to make them look good. I feel so sorry for anyone who has to work with or for this company. Hard pass

Great service and their price for a survey was the best price I got from all the companies I called. Michelle was by far the best very helpful . They were punctual and professional.
I'm a Realtor and Sames has always been fast and responsive. I had a difficult sale the other day and the price they gave me made all the difference in closing the sale. Erica is extremely proactive and courteous.
They do not respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and are difficult to communicate with. I do not recommend working for them as a sub-contractor.
RE: Surveying SAMES has been accurate and timely for our commercial project in the RGV. Grading accuracy was very important for this project and SAMES came through for us.
