I enjoyed everything about working with Levi. He performed preventative maintenance and fixed some specific issues I’d been having with my machine. He kept me in the loop about everything throughout the process. The turnaround time was much faster than I expected, which was great. He even addressed some areas that could cause problems in the future and took the time to educate me about how to make sure my machine keeps running well. All for a transparent price that I think was very reasonable. Levi is now my go-to resource for espresso machine maintenance and repair. Thanks Levi!
