I went to Granco, this morning, after reading a number of positive reviews. I have to say my experience was not as favorable. A woman that approached me, pointed out to me the various levels of materials on display, which were (granite, quartz, and marble) as well as the prices. I started, at level 1 looking at the materials while trying to match up a sample of the cabinets I have in my kitchen. I then moved on to level 2. As I got to level 3, she, said maybe you might want to consider your budget before moving into those. I thought to myself, you’re obviously assuming that I cannot afford to purchase any of those!!! However, what I did say was “it’s a one time purchase!” I was very taken back and offended by the comment. I was showered, clothes clean, neat, decently dressed., and yes of African American decent. As I stood there while the comment was registering in my head. I was wondering if my skin was white, would she have made that comment! What she couldn’t have known looking at me is that ...I had been looking at pieces 65, 72, 80 a sq ft. I just wanted to make sure that I didn’t see anything else I liked better. Then again, maybe she said it because I told her I needed 52 sq, ft. Regardless I found the comment very insensitive and very in appropriate. Needless to say I graciously excused myself by asking her were they open tomorrow. I however have no intentions of returning there.

So happy with my new kitchen countertops! They make my kitchen look so much bigger and brighter. Debi was so helpful showing us all the slabs Granco had available to choose from. It was so easy because they were all on display beautifully in the warehouse. We chose a gorgeous quartzite with very striking veining. The kitchen turned out so beautiful that we decided to do the bathroom countertops as well with the remnants from the kitchen. That work was completed this week and they look beautiful also. Very happy with all of the workers. Very professional!
We picked out a beautiful level 1 granite for our kitchen and we very excited for the installation. On the highly anticipated day, the hired contractor installer was not only late but after hours of delays, never even showed up. Katie got my wrath on the phone and was the only one to speak to me and calm me down. You know the true heart of a business from the employees. Katie was the voice of compassion and showed a true desire to make it better. The next installer came two days later and blew us away with his meticulous detail. This in turn gave us the icing on our kitchen cake. Our counters are lovely. Thank you Granco!
Granco did a great job fabricating the countertops and the installers did a fabulous job with the installation. They worked clean and were very professional. I think his name was Julio. Debi made the order process painless and pleasant. We also had the vanity top in the master bath done and this was great, as well. Thank you all.
We happened upon Granco when we were shopping around for granite countertops - and we couldn’t have been happier. Debbie was our consultant and was fantastic to work with, friendly and very helpful. Our installers (Julio was the main guy) were just as great - timely, polite & explained every step of the way. They were very efficient with the kitchen counters & under mount sink (3 pictures with white cabinets) and the bath vanity (which included 2 under mount sinks). Our agreed upon timeline was met with no issues. We will definitely be back when we renovate the guest bath. Thanks to everyone at Granco - you’ve made this portion of our renovation painless! You have made our list of companies that we would recommend to others.
