Just left this location because of the negative vibe I received. I felt as though they didn't want to help me nor did they care that I was there and I felt they were wanting to rush me out of their store. Poor customer service! Will try a different location.

Had two large installation done with one of their prefered installer companies. I was wanting to do a third project but for over a year Site Ones number on their website does not work. I'm thinking they have a way of blocking numbers and do not know how to use their phone system. Either way not answering phones or blocking is bad business and bad customer service. My husband decided to go to a nursery in another town close by.
