From the minute I walked in the door at ATI I felt comfortable and reassured that I would get the help I needed. I had been in pain for months and had just found out I will be needing spine surgery in the future. Shallen my therapist was right there to help.She is very knowledgeable and gave me her undivided attention.She started my routine out slowly and gradually knew just how far to push me to progress for the better with each visit. Shallen put together a great program for me to work on at home. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the work area is impeccable. I feel very safe there during Covid. Mercedes and the entire staff are top notch and FRIENDLY. I can say I actually enjoy visiting 3 days a week and can get around so much better with less pain in the 4 weeks I have been at ATI for therapy. I would not go anywhere else!

Very amiable staff of Therapists and Support Personnel. Always provided encouragement and never pushed beyond what I needed and was capable of doing. Facility was immaculate. Would definitely return if I need additional PT.
