I’ve had generally positive experiences with this place and the lady (presumably owner or manager) has always been polite and considerate with me. I’ve probably been somewhat of a pain, originally got a 5x10 unit thinking it was plenty, then upgraded to a 10x10, and now, finally a 10x15, which I just upgraded to today. Very convenient in and out overall. Personally, I don’t see what all of the negativity is about. I have them bill me monthly with a card on file so that I don’t have to worry about remembering to pay month to month for items I obviously don’t care quite enough about to have on hand at home, which in my opinion are easy to forget things when you consider, well, life. The ONLY reason why I knocked off a star is because one of the units I had was right next to a downspout and while my items inside stayed dry, if the temperature would drop below freezing that day, or the next, my unit would freeze shut. 9 out of 10 times it wouldn’t be a problem, but it prevented me from putting a load of Christmas decorations inside on two occasions, but, oh well, I lived. Thank you for your service and support!

The Lady running this place on Tuesday morning 9/25/18 is insane. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. May be worth looking into customer service training seminars or anger management counseling.

They will say I wasn't a customer, which seems like the pattern here. She is incredibly rude, she threatens tenants with eviction for being one day late and insists on cash payment.

Half of my boxes ended up with mold & I had to throw them & all the belongings in them out. In the winter if the ground got icy you could NOT get the door open. They seemed to plow a little bit down the aisles but never bothered to do anything about the ice build up around the unit doors, so your unit is inaccessible for a few months. Had mailed a check in once that did not get there on time (was maybe 2 or 3 days late) and I will warn they WILL lock you out of your unit after payment is ONE day late. I had to pay a month in advance just to get into my unit that day & wait for the check to get there to be credited for the next month. Also very unfriendly customer service. Definitely not work 100 a month.

All of our stuff remained dry throughout winter and spring. However, the office charges you if you use anything but cash check, but they close at 5, which makes it difficult to get there on a weekday to pay. And that's if they don't decide to randomly close for the day. So many times I went to drop of a payment during their business hours to find them closed. So glad we're done with this place.
