Freedom Powersports in McKinney TX has been one of the best Powersports dealers i have come across in North TX. These guys known there stuff and they are very honest and upfront about anything you ask. I definitely appreciate that here. I have made two vehicle purchases here and have had zero regrets with either. The service center provided me the same experience when I came in for some repairs.

Can Am and Polaris ATV dealer as well as bikes. This location also has a limited selection of personal equipment for both. Like some other dealers they are suffering from a lack of selection but are promised to be receiving increasingly more in the coming weeks. On this day they only had a single ATV. If you're looking for something anticipate having to order and wait. Great staff that is not 'pushy'.

Took Polaris Ranger in for routine service. Told regular service would be approximately 1,600.00 not including if they found any issues. Asked if I'd like to buy a Maintenance Agreement for 1,800.00 to cover this and 5 more routine maintenances. Did so. I told them about a attle\. Now they are looking for the issue and told me it would be another 1,800.00 approximate repair cost more but I can buy an extended warranty for 2,000.00 and bring back later and use the warranty for repair. (Seeing a pattern?) Decide to pay out of pocket and cancel the maintenance agreement I bought..... BUT IT'S NOT CANCELLABLE!!!!!!! Still owe 278.00 to get unit back. Paid the dealership the additional and washed my hands. LESSON LEARNED. Prices are 3 time higher than other Polaris retailers for regular maintenance, ie oil changes etc. They charged me 960.00 labor for 6 hours labor 160.00 per hour!!!

1) not a single employee was wearing a mask during a global pandemic. Shows they don’t care about their customers. 2) salesperson said they cannot order what we wanted from the manufacturer. (Jones power sports in Durant, OK could, so they lied) 3) they add 695 to the selling price for putting it together before delivery. (Jones does not ever charge a fee for this). 4) they quoted us a price including over 4000 in warranties, and the 695 for putting it together, with bad credit. We have A credit. 5). Salesman said he’d look for the model we wanted and would get back to us. 3 days later, nothing. No one has called us since we left. One call to Jones in Durant, they gave us a cost of below the single seat ATV, for the two seater, which is listed for 1000 more than the single seat. Plus they ordered us the color we wanted, and gave us A credit. Out the door, we got a two-seater, in the color we wanted, for less than the 1 seater in plain green, that freedom offered. 6). Freedom offered 3 year ext warranty for 897. Then came back and said they’d do 5 year for that. Jones: 3 yr for 800. Just skip it, unless you don’t take care of regular maintenance yourself. Bottom line: these folks don’t respect customer safety, lie, and are over-priced. Look elsewhere for your off- road needs.
