I had an issue with some service and was very pleasantly surprised that it was immediately dealt with in a very professional manner. Kudos the them for showing a nice level of client care!

Terrible service. The sales person lied to us on the front end. They gave us a known faulty model that we had to fight with them for 9 months to replace. Communication about services is nonexistent- sometimes they don’t answer for days and then they show up randomly without notice during the middle of a busy work day. Absolute worst.
STAY AWAY. You better hire an accountant before you do business with this company because they will trick and fool you with their surface professional looking so you are blind not to see the numbers, aside the fact they will never let you see the real numbers. If you are busy with your business feeding the employees and family and you think you would have a break with dealing honest people, then you have the wrong thought dealing with this company.
Untrustworthy and poorly managed.
This company has been unresponsive, rude, and has caused headache after headache. If I had known how difficult they were going to be, I never would have signed a contract with them. We have spent hours on the phone before they will even take a look at what contract we have with them. We haven't had a salesperson contact for months. They finally gave us a new contact salesperson, who says he is too busy to call. Very unprofessional.
