Micromanagement at every level and waym way too much drama involved with being an employee. They made it hard to get benefits and could/would let you go at any time for any reason. Please just do yourself a favor and do not work here. Move on and work for a company who appreciates you and your hard work. You deserve better

This company does not carry a noble purpose. Business practices can be described as shady and only have the goal of earning revenue. With its current management, it be surely on its way down. Leadership has poor communication and are very unpredictable. They will say everything is fine and have layoffs the next day.
Once they helped me find a good employee. I started trusting them. But they failed to meet my expectations many times after that. They seem to believe more in luck hard work and dedication.
Employ-R Solutions has been amazing to me. They are so professional and helpful at all times. Anytime I have had questions or needed to speak with them, they were available and ready to answer questions, concerns, and share in positive feedback. I love working with this company and management is absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Employ-R Solutions for employment or any hiring needs a company has.
