I love this place! The staff is warm and friendly, and they remembered my name from day 1. I love the classes and the teachers. You should try them all out so you can always get a varied workout. Hot yoga is really the hardest thing I have ever done, and boy are the results awesome! It is an INTENSE workout. The instructors are knowledgeable and will modify the moves for every level. Even if I go to the same instructor more than one time in a week, the classes are never the same. It doesn't get boring. What I love the most is that there are men and women of all ages, sizes, and ability levels, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The staff and instructors have become my \yoga family\ and I look forward to seeing them when I come in. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, not snooty at all. They are terrific. Try them out, you will not be sorry.

Valentine's couples yoga was a blast. A calm, soothing, and intimate experience. Studio is super clean; a great place to get a way from the world for an hour. I will definitely be going back to get my stretch on.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The place is extremely unprofessional and have scheduling issues! First, they have their open sign almost all day but are rarely actually there. Then, I brought a groupon for this place and I have had 4 appointments. They cancelled 2 RIGHT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT and then the other 2 they were unning behind schedule\ and were extremely late. I was waiting in the car for over 1 hour each time. This has to be the worst place of business ever and I would not recommend to anybody.
Please DONT ,believe in fake, skeptical advertisers , they are in Groupon, and you might get a great savings, but the truth is that you are paying them , and getting your money out of the window, I haven’t done this so called “Cyro sculping “ , because I have done my homework. And I discovered ,that, the machines that they use aren’t qualified,for the benefits of the real Coolsculping byZENIK , an FDA approved. They get your money , and they run!!!! Is fake !!!! isn’t real, please listen to someone, that beforehand, studied details and the facts that they aren’t going to be doing well, with their clients ,or with the results that you expect, Thanks.
I've had 2 appointments so far. They went ok, the absolute minimum is provided, but for the price, its not bad
