Great experience! This was my second time trying wedding dresses and I really felt that my consultant had my best interest in mind. She let me try on what I liked and also made some suggestions based on what I liked. She stayed well within my budget and didn’t pressure me at all. It was a great experience. From professionalism, to personal attention, to added benefits, their service is incomparable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know getting married.

The Bridal Room was the 2nd boutique I had visited on my gown shopping journey, and I knew it would be hard for them to beat the ambiance & service of the 1st place--but they did! I had an AMAZING experience and I can't believe I said yes to my dress! The boutique was beautiful, my consultant Grace was waiting at the front desk with her mask on, ready to greet us, and the process was flawless even with COVID restrictions! I was allowed to bring 2 guests--my mom and my best friend/matron of honor--and I was also allowed to have the rest of my bridal party join us via Zoom video call! The Bridal Room was awesome in communicating with me via email prior to our visit to understand my vision. Grace was very knowledgeable and she made me feel amazing from start to finish. She had taken the time to review certain gowns I had found online that I wanted to try on but also used her expertise to pull a few others that she thought I may like to try. I ended up saying yes to a dress that she had chosen, and I couldn't be happier! She truly is great at what she does and you can tell she is truly passionate about her job. The shop is beautiful, they had a cute welcome sign with my name on it outside the front door, my guests and I felt right at home, and they even gave us some champagne to toast to my new gown! Thank you, Bridal Room!

The Bridal Room was wonderful. I worked with Grace and she was so sweet and helpful. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but not a clear picture and the dress I ultimately decided on was the second one I tried on. Every dress that I was presented was beautiful in it's own way and Grace was able to help me truly narrow down what I was looking for. I never once felt like I was being pushed towards something I didn't want and was comfortable the entire time.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bridal Room and I would highly recommend it! It is so cute inside and has a really cozy feel. Trying to plan a wedding in the middle of a pandemic is stressful, but Saddia put me at ease. She spent over two hours with me and helped me pin down the dresses that looked the best on me! I also loved that they had accessories (i.e., bouquet) so that you could really put yourself into the role of a bride. While they do not allow you to take pictures of yourself in the dresses, they will take pictures for you so that you can see yourself in a photo. Additionally, The Bridal Room staff worked to fit me in last minute for my second appointment to ensure my mom could come with me during her visit. Since things are not normal right now, I really appreciated that they worked with me so that my mom could see me in the dress and be with me when I said Yes to the dress!! I am so happy that my neighbor recommended this place to me as I do not think I would have stumbled upon it myself.
